Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time (after your order has been dispatched) across Pakistan is 2 to 4 working days for major cities. Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer.
Please ensure you are available on your provided contact number so our delivery team can easily reach you.
Timely delivery is subject to the availability of products and order confirmation.
During sale or festive seasons, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
Note: For your security, we recommend providing your own residential or office address for delivery.
Ali Fashion Boutique will not be responsible for any loss or damage if the parcel is collected from a courier office or third-party pickup point.
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel a prepaid order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.
If the order is already “in process”, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refunds for canceled orders will be issued as store credit or a credit voucher.
Payment Through Cards
We aim to provide a safe and secure shopping experience for all our customers.
In some cases, we may require payment verification from the bank before processing the order. You may be contacted by our team via phone or email for this purpose.
Ali Fashion Boutique reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is declined or flagged by your authorized payment institution.
Delivery Charges
A flat shipping fee of Rs.149 applies to all orders delivered within Pakistan.
Orders above Rs.3,000 qualify for free delivery.
Please note: We currently do not offer international delivery.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS or email with your tracking number.
You can track your parcel directly on the courier company’s website mentioned in your message.
