We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, stained, defective, wrong, or incomplete.
  • The size received does not match what you ordered.
  • The product packaging was unsealed or opened upon delivery — please inform us immediately in this case.

Note: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all labels and protective stickers attached.

If all conditions are met, our team will either:

  • Arrange pickup from your doorstep, or
  • Guide you to the nearest outlet for exchange.

Special Cases

  • Sale or discounted products can only be exchanged if the wrong item was delivered.
  • If you ordered the wrong size, email us at contact@alifashionboutique.com to request an exchange.
  • Color or texture differences due to lighting or monitor settings are not considered valid reasons for exchange.
  • The above policies apply to orders delivered within Pakistan only.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

To ensure hygiene and safety, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear
  • Wooden boxes
  • Groom Collection articles
  • Accessories, fragrances, and cosmetics

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Share clear photos or videos of the issue within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Our team will investigate promptly and provide an appropriate resolution.

Providing proof is mandatory to process claims for defective or damaged products.

How to Apply for a Return

    • Your order details
    • The reason for return
  2. Our customer support may route you to the nearest outlet for exchange.
  3. Once approved, send your parcel to:

Return Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 5–7 working days after receipt.
  • During busy seasons, please allow up to 14 working days.

Refund Policy

We do not offer direct refunds.
However, if an exchange or replacement isn’t possible, we may issue a store credit/voucher (e-currency) usable online only.

Please note:

  • If a parcel is refused at delivery, store credit will be issued once returned to our warehouse.
  • If part of a paid order is canceled (due to stock or quality issues), a voucher will be issued for future use.
  • Full paid order cancellations will also result in store credit.
  • We are not responsible for currency exchange rate differences or conversion variations.
  • Store credit processing time: 5–10 working days.

Voucher Redemption Policy

  • Vouchers can only be redeemed on our official website: www.alifashionboutique.com
  • Each voucher is for one-time use only and valid for a single transaction.
  • Multiple vouchers cannot be used together.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • If the voucher amount exceeds your order total, any remaining balance is forfeited.
